We stand behind our commitments. If any deliverable we've committed to is not completed during the hackathon through no fault of your own, we will dedicate additional development resources at no extra cost until it is delivered.
What happens if I need changes or additional features after launch?
Your fixed price hackathon quote will include in it an hourly rate for any changes after launch. If you have enough changes you can do another hackathon.
What kind of support do you provide after the MVP is launched?
Your fixed price hackathon quote will include in it an option for ongoing support and the monthly rate for that support.
